1. By accessing this website, submitting an enquiry, booking a consultation, or engaging Clovurbane Studio for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Clovurbane Studio provides design consultancy, design planning, styling guidance, and execution advisory services. Unless specifically agreed in writing, we do not undertake construction, execution, procurement, or project management.
3. All consultations, recommendations, layouts, mood boards, drawings, and design concepts are prepared based on the information provided by the client. The client is responsible for ensuring that all information, measurements, site conditions, and project details shared are accurate and complete.
4. All bookings are confirmed only after the required payment has been successfully received.
5. Consultation fees, design fees, and any other payments made to Clovurbane Studio are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Clients are expected to attend consultations on time. If a client is late, the consultation may still conclude at the originally scheduled time.
7. Requests to reschedule must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Clovurbane Studio reserves the right to approve or decline rescheduling requests.
8. Any abusive, threatening, disrespectful, discriminatory, or inappropriate behaviour, whether verbal, written, or otherwise, towards Clovurbane Studio or its representatives will result in the immediate termination of the consultation or project. No refund or compensation will be provided under such circumstances.
9. Clovurbane Studio reserves the right to decline, suspend, or terminate any enquiry, consultation, booking, or project at its sole discretion if circumstances make it inappropriate or impractical to continue. Where services have already commenced, fees paid shall remain non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
10. Design recommendations are based on professional judgement and industry experience. Final decisions regarding purchases, contractors, execution methods, materials, structural changes, and implementation remain the sole responsibility of the client.
11. Clovurbane Studio shall not be held responsible for delays, defects, workmanship issues, cost variations, supplier errors, contractor performance, product availability, or outcomes arising from third-party services or implementation.
12. All drawings, layouts, presentations, concepts, mood boards, documents, photographs, graphics, and other materials prepared by Clovurbane Studio remain the intellectual property of Clovurbane Studio unless otherwise agreed in writing. They may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, shared, sold, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
13. The client agrees not to reproduce, resell, or claim ownership of any design work, concepts, or documents created by Clovurbane Studio.
14. Clovurbane Studio makes every reasonable effort to provide accurate design guidance; however, we do not guarantee specific financial savings, property value appreciation, construction outcomes, or personal satisfaction.
15. Prices, services, packages, availability, and website content may be updated or modified at any time without prior notice.
16. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
